Return and Refund Policy

At THOTM, we are committed to honoring your support and trust in our ministry. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any donation.
Donations
All donations made to THOTM are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be returned, reversed, or exchanged.
Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Courses, Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the content has been delivered or accessed.
Physical Products (e.g., Books, Oils, Apparel)
Refunds for physical merchandise may be considered under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- The incorrect item was received
To request a refund or exchange for a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at THOTM@proton.me
- Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue
We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Event Registrations
Registrations for ministry events, conferences, or retreats are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another individual with prior written notice at least 72 hours before the event.
